Joe Feliciano LLC reserves the right to amend this Notice at any time, your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. Therefore, it is recommended you read these terms and conditions every time you use our website.
At Jose Feliciano we strive to ensure that our products are described as correctly and accurate as possible on our website, however if it comes to our attention that a description is inaccurate, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Images used on our website are for illustrative purposes only and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Jose Feliciano is proud of its website and images, however when put on photo we cannot guarantee that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product, many of our lenses are mirror which cannot be replicated accurately on a website.
PRODUCT ORDERS

Jose Feliciano reserves the right to amend prices at any given time. Packaging and postage may result in an additional charge. Which will be generated at the time of checkout on the website.
Although we strive to ensure our website is always up to date and our products are all current we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
After a purchase is made and you changed your mind about that style you can return your purchase for an exchange of a different style. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping.
Product returned needs to be unworn, and sent back with all original packaging, within 7 days of receiving the goods.
When placing your order, you will be required to provide your name, contact info and credit card details. Take note that we will not give over your any information to any third party; however, in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
All items purchased will be shipped to the address and billed according to the info placed on the website by the purchaser. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.
All risk of loss or damage of goods passes to the purchaser once the goods have shipped out.
PRODUCT RETURNS

Jose Feliciano will replace any product deliver to you that is damaged in anyway shape or from. IF your purchase was received damaged please notify us right away via our contact us located on the top of our website. Feel free to use our contact number as well for immediate assistance.
If the product you purchased is no longer available or out of stock we will then reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Jose Feliciano reserves the right to cancel any transaction that had a typographical or price error. We will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.

We also take all due care in ensuring that our website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware, however we are not responsible for any damage to your computer or device which arises in connection with your use of our website or any linked website. RETURN POLICY
Jose Feliciano will gladly refund your full-priced sunglasses within 30 days of delivery.
However, this will be voided if the product has been worn or damaged. All returns must be in resalable condition with original case and tags.
Sunglasses received after 30 days or not received in original condition will be issued a credit which will be available to be used on our website.
Allow 2-4 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. A confirmation will be sent via email when your return is completed.
JF sunglasses will NOT be responsible for the costs associated with returns. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping fees or import fees associated with the return.
Any order discrepancies or damaged items received must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Include a brief description of the issue & a picture of the sunglasses. Send to contact@josefelicianosunglasses.com
JF is not responsible for sunglasses delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender.
WARRANTY
​
For manufacturing defects, exchanges are available within 3 months of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused by general use, fading or peeling of frames or the loss of screws due to neglect. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on mirror lens sunglasses do not make them eligible for exchanges.
